Julien Lepront, owner and head chef, runs The Frenchman Fine Cuisine in Scottburgh. Trained in France in older traditional fashion and well-traveled, helped to increase international knowledge of basic cooking. Over the years he developed a menu that translates his passion for food, Fine Cuisine is different from Fine Dining, it simply gives you a better enjoyment of your food as it is developed from years of passion for the industry, at first, just a chef, the restaurant was only popular for it's tasty dishes, but over the years, experience added a sublime decor to offer you the experience everyone wishes when going out, it simply feels like you are visiting a friend's house, special requests, tailored menus, diet requirements, everything is possible if communication is established early enough...
